MYSAFEUK will accept orders from this website on the understanding that an order is made on the basis of the customer reading through and acceptance of these terms of service.


Privacy policy
MYSAFEUK respects the privacy of its customers, and we do not pass on, rent, sell or otherwice share our customers personal details to any third party. The personal data that is collected is only to help the process of a purchase/order on this website. We will only use data if we need to contact you in relation to an order/purchase.


Return policy
MYSAFEUK will refund or exchange any product bought on this website if it is returned in a saleable condition within 30 days of purchase. Carriage costs of returning unwanted or unsuitable products lay with the purchaser. In cases where products have arrived damaged in any way, we will deal with these on an individual basis. 

Shipping and delivery
Standard delivery on orders of 10 or less, will be sent by second class post (Royal Mail) and is FREE of charge. Any order of 10 or more, will be quoted on an individual basis. Any request for  'express'  delievery or any other prefered way of shipping, will be quoted on an individual basis.

Payment
Payment for any product or service provided  by MYSAFEUK must be paid in advance of dispatch. Payment can be made via our secure online payment facility PayPal, all major credit and debit cards accepted. Your card details will remain with PayPal's secure system, and not shared with MYSAFEUK. Payment can also be made by cheque or bank transfer. Note! Any product will remain the property of MYSAFEUK, and will not be shipped before payment is received in full.

The Contract
Placing an order with MYSAFEUK via this website, is an offer to purchase  on the part of the submitter (the customer). No contract exsists between a customer and MYSAFEUK before MYSAFEUK confirms an order via email or written communication to the customer. Prices given in a quotation will be valid for 30 days of dispatch of quotation.

MYSAFEUK makes every effort to make sure that any price or product information on this web site is always accurate and up to date. Although errors or omissions may occur. By law, MYSAFEUK, provides this web site and its content on a "as it is" basis, and therefore does not in anyway represent that its content or information is current, accurate or without errors.
